This is what we call career planning or career exploration. It is a useful first step for anyone considering a career change or wanting clarity on their employment goal. You can try to find your own way through all the possible choices and never be quite sure if you have selected the right one or you can be sure by attending a program designed to help you answer this question.

All have the same objective - to assist you to identify your skills, abilities and interests, match these to potential careers and help you develop a realistic plan to achieve your goal.
